The best customer service experience I have ever had! As my wife and I embarked on our first home buying experience, we started with a loan agent from Bank of America who was not very helpful or responsive. Luckily, we then found Mindy! Mindy went above and beyond for us from start to finish. She sought out every loan option available to us, and we eventually settled on a VA loan with no money down at a much lower interest rate than we expected (much lower than BOA)! It was her diligence and persistence that made it all possible. She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process and took extra time with us to ensure we had a thorough understanding. She was also extraordinarily responsive, making herself available for phone calls, texts, and questions at all times. I could not have asked for a better person to work with!
